I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Leadership and Policy in Education, University of Haifa. My Ph.D. explores educational reforms in Haredi schools for boys.
I am a graduate of Haredi schools and yeshivas, BED in Special Education (Oranim College), MED in Educational Management and Organization (Oranim College), and a pre-Ph.D. program (University of Haifa). For the past 17 years, I have been working in various teaching and managing positions in Haredi schools. Currently, I work as a teacher and year coordinator at a Haredi school and as a lecturer and pedagogical instructor at Ahia seminar for Haredi teachers.
