I am a PhD student at the Department of Leadership and Policy in Education. In my PhD dissertation I explore the philosophical relations between the Bildung educational tradition and the American progressive educational tradition through a comparison of the concept of progress as it appears in Hegel and Dewey.
In the last five years I have been a part of a R&D group at the "Branco Wiess Institute", as a part of a national reform in teacher's professional development. I also teach "philosophy of education" in Israel Open University and this last year I'm a fellow in the "Initiative of practical research in education".
